Had to drive 150 miles for a meeting today. The bright spot was getting Thai takeout from our favorite restaurant
Play time
Play time with the kids today was interrupted by a work call that was scheduled for after work hours. If this was an exception, that wouldn’t really matter, but meeting organizers take things and people for granted.
To make things worse, the person who called the meeting did not show up…

Lego surrounds himself with the training material from last week… and will soon be heads down studying for the exams
Red Eye
The first upgrade in 2014 (in about 41,000 miles flown)… nice that it was a cross-country red-eye. Not a lot of benefit in service, but the comfy seat and legroom made for a restful red-eye flight back
Last stop in SFO
Lego in the Ghirardelli Store & chocolate factory, shopping for the sweet teeth at home 🙂

Lego went on a sunset cruise and captured Alcatraz after he steered the sailing boat back to Pier 39
Cable car
Lego gets on his first San Francisco cable car
Hunter’s Moon
Lego braves the chilly winds at the top of [url=http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lombard_Street_(San_Francisco)]Lombard Street[/url] to capture the Hunter’s Moon rising over Coit Tower and the San Francisco Bay.
Lombard Street has a 27 degree incline and 8 hairpin turns.
Transamerica Pyramid
Lego likes the view of the [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transamerica_Pyramid]Transamerica Pyramid[/url] – the tallest skyscraper in the San Francisco skyline for two reasons:
1. The location hierarchy (US flag > CA flag > SFO landmark)
2. The reflection
