Communication fail…
… that feels like a parenting fail. Went for a Laser Tag birthday party, but turned out the invitation was for Thing#1, not Thing#2. Quite a few things worked together in conjunction for this to happen: both Thing#1 and Thing#2 had a classmate with the same name, the invitation card was lost in the mail, and a last minute garbled cellphone reminder…

Those familiar with Newark Liberty International Airport know that this is a rare sight. Only because it was a little after midnight. A few hours later, this will be crowded and waits can be forever!
